Dine Outs
Be on the lookout for upcoming "Dine Outs". MLK PTSA teams up with various area restaurants. On the specified date and time, simply order from the restaurant and mention MLK PTSA. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the PTSA. You need to eat, so why not help MLK along the way.
Got Sneakers is Back!
Have you ever inspected your closet for sneakers you no longer wear but are still taking up space? Do not throw them away. Donate them to the MLK MS GotSneakers Fundraiser!
This year, GotSneakers is taking SNEAKERS ONLY. Place as many paired sneakers of ANY CONDITION in a grocery or garbage bag and drop them in the GotSneakers recycling boxes by the MLK MS entrance and PE Room. Moving? Have more than 25 pairs to donate? We can provide pre-paid, pre-addressed UPS collection bags and arrange for pickup.
GotSneakers will donate $1 for every wearable pair, and $0.10 for other condition sneakers. Wearable sneakers are distributed to impoverished countries around the world. Unwearable sneakers are recycled into playground and track materials.

Box Tops 4 Education are found on a variety of General Mills products, such as Cheerios, Pillsbury items, soups, Ziploc bags and more. Cut out the small rectangle that says Box Tops and our school earns $.0.10 for every label that we submit. Then click here for information on products that are eligible.
Please drop off any Box Tops you've cut and collected to the front office.
Giant Food
When you shop at Giant grocery stores, a percentage of the sale goes directly to our school. You must register your Giant Bonus Card each year and designate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School as the reward recipient. Register your Bonus Card for MLK by visiting the link here and choosing "My Account" in the upper right corner. Then select "Manage Account" then "Rewards and Savings"
